Report a Lost/Stolen Card

A lost or stolen card can mean a lot of stress and worry. We’re here to ease your concerns and take the steps necessary to reduce your risk of financial loss and identity theft.

Follow these steps if any of your LSCU credit or debit cards are lost or stolen—or if you think you have become a victim of identity theft.

  1. Report your missing LSCU Visa Debit Card immediately by calling our Member Services Center at 214.327.9367 during business hours or 866.553.2919 after business hours.
  2. Report your missing LSCU Visa Credit Card immediately by calling 866.583.5196.
  3. Next, if you called the after business hours number to report your card missing, call our Member Services Center to order a new card. (debit cards only)
  4. Review your current transaction history for any fraudulent activity.
         a. If you notice any suspicious activity on your debit card, please call our Member Service Center
         b. If you notice any suspicious activity on your credit card, please call 866.583.5196 to dispute the transactions or log in to the online Visa Credit Card website.
